1. Choose the property that suits your requirements, and
fill the inquiry& booking form on our web site.
2. Once we recieve your personal data, we will confirm
your booking within 24 hours and send you the rental
agreement.(See Booking
Terms&Conditions) To process the booking, this
agreement must be printed, signed and sent to us within
72 hours including the following:
-Your passport copy and full name of each guest
-Your full adress and telephone number
3. When the signed contract is received, to finalise
booking, you have to deposit %25 of the total rental to
our bank account that will be given to you
4. You will be sent final confirmation of the rental
agreement for your chosen holiday home and a receipt
when the deposit is in our bank account.
Notes
- Your reservation will not be held until you make
the reservation payment
- All of our prices are in EUROS
- Please note that %25 reservation deposit is non-refundable
- The remaining balance (%75) must be paid in cash
upon your arrival or by bank transfer prior to your
arrival. Please note that bank transfer might take
up to 5 business days
- Remember that you are required to pay a CASH
ONLY security deposit of 300 Euros upon your arrival.We
will keep the deposit during your stay and it will
be given back to you at your departure if there is
no pending fees for any damages in the property.
